With almost 20 years of experience in the health care space, I can speak to the speed of change within the industry but more importantly I pursue and manage change by leading with purpose.
My specialties include, but are not limited to: project management, Six Sigma, Lean and change management methods, health care regulatory accreditation, consumer research, focus group facilitation, large group presentation and public speaking, data analysis and consumer insight community management.

Leads organization-wide market research projects using multiple venues including an online community of over 3700 volunteers called OSF Listens, as well as focus groups, internal electronic surveys, and conducts secondary research. Also manages the division's operations and project intake system. Responsible as super user and trainer for marketing CRM system and participates on patient experience initiatives throughout OSF HealthCare.

The mission of an organization details who an organization is and how they strive to serve. How often do organizations measure the impact of their mission through the eyes of those they serve? OSF HealthCare was focused on understanding what efforts would be most meaningful to fulfill their mission through the eyes their patients. OSF aligned its patient experience division within mission services and journeyed to understand how patients were experiencing the mission, whether or not this made an impact on overall experience, and used the patients' voice to understand listening to be critically important to experience.
